So, The Daily What totally dissed the idea of turning this book into a movie in this post. And while yea, it would make a horrible movie, it sounds like exactly the kind of book I would have LOVED in high school, and therefore I love it now.
In fact I’m going to go find it and read it. My favorite things to read are fairy tale re-imaginings and no one writes enough ones about the Little Mermaid. Beauty & the Beast and Cinderella are always more popular. I have a whole list of great ones if you’d like!
